heres all i can tell about shibla: (i dunnothe im in charge story)
shibla was high school buddies with hammond. he got a grant to work at
blair as part of mvhs. he was quite involved with atts cuz hes big on
theatre. he also taught the networking ii class the only year it was
offered. it was a good course and very hands on and he made us do A LOT of
stuff on our own. i can tell u a lot more a/b the course since i was in it
but i suppose that doesnt help u. hmm.. as for his relation to
sysops....hmm...he was at meetings? he fixed network stuff i think. oh!
he's the one who set up xiombarg and zarya (the sudo and the xiombarg
being BSD were both shibla's fault. he's a BIG fan of both). he fixed up
dhcp when i couldnt do it right. according to hammond he absolutly  hated
my typing style online and cringed when he saw my emails. there's an
infamous one where i was asking about the network status and he got really
pissed and his response was "Bang! Bang! Pokemon dead." and that was it ;)
he used to live in the loft at the old blair. i dunno whwat else i can
tell u a/b him though.
