MCPS and Blair Athletics have the following info regarding concussions:

In addition, the Athletic Department has made arrangements with Metro Orthopedics & Sports Therapy (M.O.S.T.) for athletics to get baseline screening for head trauma. The cost is $20 if 4 or more take the screening at the same time. M.O.S.T. is located in Metro Plaza, 8401 Colesville Rd., Suite 50, Silver Spring. Appointment # is 301-588-7888.
