Tom Jones - The Inn at Upton, painted on old canvas         This is River City, Iowa, from The Music Man (1994). The perspective drop was 52 feet long and 20 feet high, over 1000 square feet of painted drop. We flipped it over for the gym scene, and had to tie it back (sort of like a trip fly) because it was so big. In this photo it's not quite done. The two carts are actually one cart, and the back wheels broke during dress rehearsal.       This is the Paroo House, looking suspiciously like a set piece from Brigadoon over 20 years ago...hey you take your inspiration where you can get it; in this case the sponsor's high school show when he was on Stage Crew.         The seven columns from A Midsummer Night's Dream (1995), actually there were only four.
