The Blair Stage Crew built a forest and stage sets for our 1999 spring musical, Into the Woods. It was director Kelly Newman's first musical here at Blair, as well as the first musical to be performed in the New Blair Auditorium. The sets included a realistic forest and several fairy-tale houses and castles. There was a witch, and a Giant, and just about all of your favorite fairy-tale characters.

The show was a great success and our Tower and Carriage were loaned
to our friends over at Park View HS (in Sterling, Va.) for their production.
This marks the third time our set pieces and parts have graced the stage
of another high school (The Fiddler cart got around a bit a few
years ago).
